Video guidelines:
1. High-definition (HD) is preferred, but Standard-definition (SD) is also acceptable.
2. Digital video is required.
3. Videos must contain clear, high-quality video & audio.
4. Video tape (HDV, MiniDV, etc.) and DVD are acceptable media.
5. Videos must contain: (a) pre-shot ("walkup") of deer, (b) shot impact, (c) recovery and (d) pose.
Include with your submission:
1. Cardiac Encounters Release form (mandatory)
2. Your name
3. Contact information (phone, email, etc.)
4. Hometown
5. Credit to person videoing
6. Hunt location (state, county, property name)
7. Date of hunt
8. Shot distance
9. Equipment used (weapon make, bullet, etc.)
10. Live and/or dressed weight (if available)
11. B&C Score (if available)
