Hey folks! I am looking to invest in some game cameras, preferably ones with the built in color viewer technology.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

i use a moultrie 6.0 ir technology it has a veiwing screen and works great. The best way to view the picts is on a laptop using an sd card.

i was actually thinking about the same one. one product review held me at bay though, thats why i was asking. so you dont view from the field? is that because the camera’s viewer is low quality or are you just trying to avoid being notice by the deer?

well its a little of both. It’s viewer is a little small and and i like to spend as little time around my hunting area as possible. It is so eazy to have an
extra sd card and just swap them out and get out and go view them on my large screened laptop. I would do that no matter the quaility of the
viewer. That way i can also manage my deer with keeping deer photos and haveing a folder in my laptop for every deer.

I tried to attach a photo from a Leaf River camera, but it says my photos are bigger than 75kb and it comes up error.  I have 2 Leaf River cameras, I bought them because the guy at Cabelas recommended them over the others.  I’ve had a bunch of pictures, but I’ve had some problems with these.  The directions aren’t really user friendly, I don’t use the view screen in the field because it’s so small and you can’t see it if the light is not right.  But I always just switch out the sm card and view on laptop too anyway.  I don’t live where my hunting property is so I leave the cameras for about 3 months each time before I can look at them again.  Twice, I’ve come back and there were 3 or 4 pics and then nothing.  Usually within 3 months I’ll get 400 pictures.  I don’t know what was wrong.  I change batteries everytime.  But, they are set up now and still working.  I like that pic from the Moultrie 6.0, I also like the temperature and other data at the bottom.  All I get with the Leaf River is the date and time.

If anyone can give me info on how to attach a picture I’d appreciate it.

I’m trying to attach a photo again.  There are 3 deer in this photo.  One has it’s head down near the feeder.  There’s a mineral block there One buck is behind the front buck.
