I would like to just take a moment to say thanks to the Tecomate crew and all of it’s members who participate on this site. My hunting has been postponed this year for the second time in my life due to a recall to active duty in the Marine Corps. I did 4 years of active duty from 2002-2006 and was over-seas for my whole time. Then I got out and continued to pursue my love of hunting. However, this goal was cut short when I received orders for the Presidential involuntary recall to active duty this past spring. I did get to do some bow hunting this October before I had to report for duty on November 3rd. I should be released again next November hopefully for the last time.
The point of my story is to extend a thanks to all of you for the topics of discussion, pictures, and videos that are shared, and keep my level of motivation up while I contribute one more year of service. I will be sure to keep in contact with this site while deployed to Iraq to hear all of the exciting stories of your hunts. I can’t wait to get back to my fiance in Michigan and continue my quest to be a great hunter.
